To our valued Customers and friends:

In 1989, Continental Financial was erected as an alternative to the small ticket equipment leasing industry.  By this I mean our essence was to assist and prevail in finding the necessary money for small business USA. Our goal was to keep these companies operating for the sake of their communities. I am very pleased to say that 18 years and over 10,000 customers later, Continental Financial continues this as a course for success.

This past year has been eventful, being named as one of the Top 500 Hispanic Companies by  “HispanicBusiness Magazine” for the second consecutive year.  Also being honored by two of the largest POS providers as their top vendor in regard to customer service and overall performance.  This also coupled with the acquisition of “POS Soutions.net” which has given us a further strong hold into this market.  Our goal is to make further acquisitions in this market and other lease companies that have specific market penetration. As we continue our campaign for growth, the determination in developing the diversity and a culture to withstand the changing economic climate is due in large part to our team members.  The input our team members have given Continental Financial the opportunity to develop our Private label program directly associated within the small ticket arena. This benefits the bank program, broker program and vendors alike.

Additionally Continental Financial established the “Leadership Institute for Sales and Equipment Leasing”.  All our Sales professionals have benefited from this training program. We are expanding this educational module to other industry professionals.   It is our anticipation with this continued education and communication, we can introduce others from other business sectors to our industry.

We are excited about all that is happening and we will make the forth coming year as progressive as we have in the past. I will keep you informed.
